Here are a few questions my clients ask. . .

How do I pay?
I accept cash, bank transfer or cheque.

Do you clean the inside of windows?
Yes, we clean all internal windows using the traditional methods.

How often do you visit?
The most frequent cleans are every 4,6 or 8 weeks. Any first cleans, one off cleans or cleans that pass the 8 week mark will acquire additional costs which will be reflected in the invoice/quote prior to the clean.

Can you clean the windows of my flat?
The answer is yes, any exterior windows whether it be a flat or bungalow can be accessed.

Do you clean velux windows in the roof?
We do clean velux windows as standard on all cleans, internally we would need to gain access.

What happens if it's raining on the day of cleaning?
Light rain will not hinder the cleaning process, however if it's windy with torrential rain we will cancel and reschedule.

What happens if I'm not home?
If we have an arrangement in place you do not need to worry, however if you have perhaps forgotten prior to our visit we will continue the clean and leave an invoice or make contact after.

Why are my windows still wet after cleaning?
Pease do not worry this is the cleaning process, your windows will gradually dry spot and streak free within the hour sometimes sooner depending the weather. If by any means they have not dried correctly then please do contact us where we will rectify the issue.

Do you clean block paving?
Yes we do, we can carry both softwashing and powering washing to all exterior services as well as offering a re sanding, repointing and sealing as an additional service.
